What this command does:

• irm (Invoke-RestMethod) downloads a small PowerShell script (~5 KB)
• iex (Invoke-Expression) runs it in your current PowerShell session
• The script starts a temporary local web server on port 7777
• Your browser sends code to this local server when you click ▶ Run
• The server executes it in PowerShell and returns the output

Safety guarantees:

• 🔒 Localhost only (127.0.0.1) — cannot be reached from the internet or your network
• ⏱ 30-second timeout — any long-running script is automatically killed
• 🚫 Nothing is installed — no services, no registry entries, no files left behind
• 👤 Runs as YOUR user — same permissions as opening PowerShell yourself
• 🛑 Ctrl+C to stop — or just close the PowerShell window. Gone instantly.
